CHAIR JANNAT KAPOOR Meet Jannat Kapoor, the Chair of UNODC. A true bibliophile at heart, Jannat’s an outgoing individual, often found running around with a smile on her face. With a passion for mysteries, she’s analytical and pragmatic and is always looking for a puzzle to solve. An ardent lover of public speaking, she believes in the power and beauty of words and is never one to shy away from voicing her opinions. With her heart belonging to Greek mythology, she believes that each person shines and forms their own galaxy.
VICE CHAIR NATANYA GEORGE Meet Natanya George, the Vice-Chair of UNODC. Natanya has participated in and proudly won several debate competitions, as well as several MUNs. She is a recipient of the Hindustan Times Scholarship, and enjoys writing. She has been a competitive swimmer. However, she enjoys music most and has studied it for 12 years, including formal education in the piano. She is also an avid reader, and loves to explore several genres of books, ranging from the literary classics of authors such as Jane Austen and Charles Dickens to books by Dan Brown.
MODERATOR RIYA BALI Meet Riya Bali, the Moderator of UNODC. She is a sports enthusiast who shines in every sport along with excelling in academics. Beyond her achievements, she enjoys painting, anime and abstract art using various mediums. She loves challenging herself by engaging in things ranging from excelling at academics to solving sudokus. Being a practical, analytical thinker, she looks for rational solutions to everyday problems with scientific reason.
RAPPORTEUR SHAHNAWAZ BILGRAMI Meet Shahnawaz Bilgrami, the Rapporteur of UNODC. As a student completing his 15th and final year at JNS, he has left no stone unturned when it comes to taking the opportunities presented by the school and using them to benefit not only his personal development but also that of the school. He is a member of the student council as well as a JAM member, and is just starting his journey into the world of MUNing.
