WHAT AWS IS ALL ABOUT!
The Annual World Summit has been the signature event of the ISC section of Jamnabai Narsee School since 2011. An ever-evolving legacy, we are proud to present the 13th edition of AWS, taking place on the 3rd and 4th of August, 2024.
Our nine committees, with their exciting agendas, and in-depth study guides have been tailor-made to create the all-round development of our delegates. Through the course of these two days, delegates will learn to deal with global issues, build diplomatic ties and the art of formal debate.
The Summit is not merely an MUN. It is a platform to give a voice to the youth of today, to shape the future of tomorrow.

LETTER FROM THE SECRETARIAT
Dear Delegates,
“We have to transcend our differences to transform our future.” - António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations.
We live in a time where conflicting interests decide the fate of the world. Be it war or peace, the first move is always made in the diplomatic arena.
As delegates at The Annual World Summit, you will learn to present contentious stances and deal with the aftermath. We aim to provide young minds with a forum where they make the decisions, drive change, and inevitably, shape the future.
The 13th Edition of AWS brings to you the following committees:
United Nations Security Council (UNSC)
Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC)
United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)
United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)
United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)
Indian Parliament (IP)
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL)
Fédération internationale de football association (FIFA)
The International Press division provides an opportunity for delegates to engage as journalists or photojournalists, responsible for documenting and reporting on the conference proceedings throughout the duration of the event.
The flagship committee of AWS is the Council of Elite. The privilege to be seated in the esteemed council is reserved for the two best delegates from each committee (as selected by respective Chair on the first day of committee). The Council will be Presided upon by the Secretariat.
Our goal is to give voice to the youth of today, allow them to realize the impact of their actions, and use this experience to reform their beliefs.
